Prioritize Short and Intense Workouts
You do not have to be in the gym for hours to achieve results.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts are a quick remedy for the lack of time in the gym.
Pick 3-6 workouts, depending on what time permits (ex. Burpees, Jump Squats, Pushups, etc.), and do 3 sets of each workout for 30 seconds, with a 15-second rest.
By following this method, you’ll have a good burn in 30-45 minutes, and have the rest of your day to tackle your to-do list.

2. Incorporate Active Breaks
Our post-COVID climate has created a remote work environment. Working from home means fewer and fewer people are being active. sedentary lifestyle. If you’re able to, invest in a treadmill desk. Instead of sitting down all day, you can get in steps while taking meetings or sending emails. This is a sure way to kill 2 birds with one stone.

3. Seamless Morning Routine
Create a morning routine that incorporates fitness or exercise along with mindfulness.
A morning yoga flow or walk prepares you both physically and for your day.
