  1. Prioritize Short and Intense Workouts

By following this method, you’ll have a good burn in 30-45 minutes, and have the rest of your day to tackle your to-do list.

2. Incorporate Active Breaks

Our post-COVID climate has created a remote work environment. Working from home means fewer and fewer people are being active. sedentary lifestyle. If you’re able to, invest in a treadmill desk. Instead of sitting down all day, you can get in steps while taking meetings or sending emails. This is a sure way to kill 2 birds with one stone.

3. Seamless Morning Routine

Create a morning routine that incorporates fitness or exercise along with mindfulness.

A morning yoga flow or walk prepares you both physically and for your day.

With these tips, staying fit while running your million-dollar company (WE MANIFESTING, CO-WORKERS!) just became a lot easier. Wishing you all the best!
